The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 153 of 2019 dated 03.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 129(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment as Assistant Teacher on the strength of forged academic certificate.
It has been submitted on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72530 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/3 petitioner that an absolutely wild allegation has been raised and the entire selection process has been commented upon and F.I.R. has been lodged.
Considering the general and vague nature of allegation in the F.I.R. against all the appointees, several Benches of this Court have granted anticipatory bails to such Teachers who are alleged to have obtained appointment letters on the basis of so called forged certificates.
Considering the fact that persons with similar allegations have been granted anticipatory bail, the same privilege is accorded to the petitioner also. The petition is accordingly allowed.
The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72530 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 3/3 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 153 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
