2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 323, 308, 498, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 of the D.P.Act.
3. The matter had been sent to the Mediation Centre and it would appear from the mediator's report that issues have been resolved between the parties vide memorandum of agreement dated 01.05.2025 passed in Mediation Proceeding no. 564 of 2025. It has been settled between the parties to stay along with each other as husband and wife and they are now
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79446 of 2024(4) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 leading a peaceful conjugal life. It has also been agreed upon that both the parties would make efforts to withdraw the cases filed against each other and hence, would strictly abide by the terms of the settlement.
4. Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Complaint Case No. 2035 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.PC .
