The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.153 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Md. Fajal Hussain, Santosh Ram, Manoj Kumar Singh and Sunita Kumari having identical allegation to that of petitioner have already been granted prearrest bail vide orders dated 11.12.2019, 20.11.2019, 05.02.2020 and 21.21.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.72530 of 2019, 72997 of 2019, 73233 of 2019 and 72767 of 2019 respectively.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69001 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions advanced at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.153 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
