The anticipatory bail prayer of this petitioner was earlier rejected on 19.08.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.39370 of 2017 considering the fact that in spite of passing over a period of eight years he did not construct the building and thereby defalcated an amount of Rs.6,74,350/- which was sanctioned in his favour for constructing his school building in financial year 2008-09.
