The petitioner filed this writ petition to quash the selection of respondent No.10 for the post of Anganwari Sevika of Anganwari Centre Mahsai(Mini), Ward No.10, Takua-Tand, Rajauli in violation of the guidelines.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.10 has been appointed although she is not the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22426 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 resident of Ward No.10. Her name appears in the voter list at two places. The petitioner raised all objections before the Aam Sabha but her objections were not considered. The petitioner thereafter filed complaint before the District Programme Officer.

Considering the facts that petitioner did not approach before the appropriate authority in view of new guidelines of the year 2019 with regard to selection and appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika, I dispose of this writ petition with liberty to file petition before the C.D.P.O., Rajauli(respondent No.7) and C.D.P.O. shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of such petition along with order of this writ petition.
