Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code. The specific allegation of commission of murderous assault is against co-accused-Lalit and Bachcha Babu. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others of commission of assault. Some of the petitioners are female.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73198 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Biraul Police Station Case No.105 of 2019, G.R.No.302 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
