1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.06.2024, passed by the learned Court of Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hilsa, Nalanda in Land Dispute Redressal Record No.71 of 2023-24, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the said order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.16961 of 2024(2) dt.30-10-2024 2/2 29.06.2024, by filing appeal under Section 14 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009, nonetheless, seeks some protection, during the interregnum period. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. It is needless to state that in the meantime, status quo existing as on today qua the land/houses of the petitioners in question shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioners to file appropriate appeal and seek interim relief.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
