JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 05.04.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amas P. S. case no. 253/2017 registered under sections 323, 341, 342, 325, 354, 379, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted injured Akhilesh Yadav. So far as sections 379 and 354 IPC are concerned, the same are attributable against co- accused Udai Yadav.

It would appear from perusal of the record that except sections 379 and 354 IPC, almost all sections are

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Gorakh Nath Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati at Gaya in Amas P. S. case no. 253/2017 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
