2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 28.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 354(A), 354(C), 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 66(D), 66(E) and 67 of the I.T. Act and later on added Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to prosecution case, the petitioner snapped victim's nude photographs while bathing and after some day the petitioner asked the informant to come to market and when she refused the petitioner abused and threatened to kill her and he also told her that her photographs would be sent to the social media to defame her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitionerhas falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offences as alleged in the F.I.R.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. in which she fully supports the case of the prosecution apart from that she has also stated that the petitioner had threatened to kill her if she does not withdraw the present case.

6. Considering the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R and the material available on record, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai.

7. Prayer is refused.
