2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 87751 of 2024 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground of snail pace of the trial.

3. A report was called for from the court below. The report shows that the reason for delay in framing of the charge is the application filed by the petitioner under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. The learned court below has rejected the application of the petitioner filed under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C on 21.11.2025 and the case is fixed for framing of the charges.

4. Presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.
