JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 188, 189, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 332, 333, 379, 338, 353, 427, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner and several co-accused persons are named and there is allegation that they have assaulted one person with him on the suspicion of child lifter. Charge-sheet has also been submitted by the police. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are ladies, no specific allegation has been attributed

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019.
