The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaul P.S. Case No. 49/19 registered for the offence under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is ready to give the money back. It is further submitted that for the same piece of land the title suit is pending between the parties.

Learned counsel for O.P. No. 2 is permitted to make necessary correction in counter affidavit.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event his arrest/surrender
