At the outset, Mr. Ravish Mishra, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that the District Compassionate Committee vide its decision dated 18.09.2025 has already rejected the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground, on account of one of the son of the deceased employee is gainfully employed. However, due to inadvertence the same could not be challenged, hence he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to
