The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/ 307/ 379/ 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having exhorted the other accused persons to assault the informant and others, whereafter the other accused persons had assaulted the informant and others.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, there is no specific allegation of any sort of overt act on the part of the petitioner, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71211 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 custody since 5.9.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019.
