23-04-2018 Heard Sri Shanti Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 1 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. By way of referring to F.I.R., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated on an allegation, as if, petitioner near his house was indulged in selling foreign liquor. On secret information, police arrived and found about 5 liter of Indian make foreign liquor. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition, that petitioner is having clean antecedent and he has falsely been

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Ranjan Ram @ Niranjan Kumar Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
