2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I.Act.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that in this case, process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail petition has become infructuous.
