Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2556 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the complainant has solemnized second marriage with one Shyam Bharti and is not residing with him.
