The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case due to land dispute. There is specific allegation against co-accused Ramanand Yadav. Further submission is that petitioners are innocent and they have no criminal antecedent.

No.21704 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
