ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2019, in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 457, 380, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested merely on suspicion of the villagers though he has no role to play in the alleged act as is detailed in the F.I.R. learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has two other antecedents in which he has already been granted bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
