Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 208, Plot No. 340, Thana No. 304 at Mauza Badalpura, District Saran was acquired by the NHAI for construction of the four lane road, namely, NH-19 but 20% of the compensation amount has not been paid till date.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Land Acquisition Officer, Saran at Chhapra for seeking redressal of his grievance

Patna High Court CWJC No.16926 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 as raised in the instant writ application on or before 04.08.2025. If any representation is filed by the petitioner seeking redressal of his grievance with regard to the compensation of his acquired land on or before 04.08.2025, in that event, the Land Acquisition Officer, Saran at Chhapra shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of three months thereafter, after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. If it is found that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine, in that event, the compensation amount be also paid within the aforesaid period but if it is found that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief, in that event, the representation be disposed of by a reasoned order.
