JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 30-10-2024 In this case, on 23.10.2024, relief was granted to the petitioner. Further, now a modification petition has been filed submitting that in the bail petition itself, in paragraph no.8, inadvertently, the court was recorded as learned Special Exclusive Excise Judge, Danapur which should have been the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was fault on his part for which he would like to pay Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

3. The paragraph no.8 of the order dated 23.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 55298 stands modified to the following extent:-
