App (SJ) No. 2805 of 2023 dated 11.01.2024 & Cr. App (SJ) No. 4232 of 2024 dated 31.01.2025.

2. Upon perusal of record and considering the submissions, it appears that matter is pending at the stage of argument.

3. Considering the submissions and by taking note of fact as trial of this case is at its fag end before the learned Trial Court, accordingly present prayer of bail of appellant stands rejected.
