2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is fully covered by the judgment dated 01.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 2298 of 2019 and analogous cases (Kamlesh Sharma & Ors. v. The State of Bihar & Ors) by this Court.

3. Considering the submission aforesaid, this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.1150 of 2023(3) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 application is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 01.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 2298 of 2019 and the petitioners are also entitled to the same benefit as has been granted to the petitioners of C.W.J.C.
