2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 103(1), 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The informant, namely, Gita Devi, alleged that her brother-in-law is missing since the night of 13.07.2025. The informant believes that co-accused Tara Devi, in connivance with this petitioner and other co-accused persons, kidnapped the victim (informant's brother-in-law). Subsequently, during course of investigation, dead-body of victim was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 4 days without any explanation of delay. He further submits that only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and during course of investigation, co-accused Tara Devi confessed her guilt and disclosed that she along with this petitioner committed the alleged offence.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
