The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 6017 of 2017 registered under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused, petitioner has been made accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that illegal wine was recovered from co-accused. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9647 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 6017 of 2017 arising out of Chowk P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
