JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dumra P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

It is alleged in the written report that daughter of the informant was married with the petitioner in the year 2016. She came to her sasural where her in-laws who are accused in this case started making demand of Rs.1,50,000/- for construction of house and on non fulfillment of the same, the petitioner along with the accused persons started torturing her. The informant learnt that his daughter Veena Devi was killed and dead body was thrown somewhere.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10508 of 2018 (3) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant has appeared and submitted that dead body was disposed off after committing murder of daughter of the informant.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
