The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 448, 427, of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that on 19.07.2022 petitioner along with 43 co-accused persons armed with various weapons came and assaulted him and his family members due to which informant's side sustained injuries. It is further alleged that accused persons also looted various articles from his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is land dispute between the parties due to which the petitioner has

From perusal of FIR, entire allegation leveled against the petitioner is general and omnibus nature. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between them, both parties sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrences. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.10.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 711 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Manish/- U T
