2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.257 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.05.2024 the minor daughter of the informant, namely, Anjali Kumari was kidnapped by the petitioner and others. It has also been alleged that obscene video of the victim was made and was threatened of dire consequences on the basis of that video.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that during course of investigation, the victim was recovered and she has given her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that the petitioner along with others have boarded in a vehicle. Other allegations are against Binita and Rishi. In any view of the matter, the allegation agaisnt the petitioner is only that he has boarded the victim in a vehicle. He is an old man. He is having no criminal antecedent. He is languishing in judicial custody since 06.08.2024.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the informant has also vehemently opposed the prayer of bail and has submitted that the case is not so simple. A minor girl has been abducted and she has been forced to marry to three persons.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties
