The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.15 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The allegation against the petitioner is to have kidnapped sister of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. It has further submitted that victim has already been recovered. It has further been submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by one of the learned co-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79486 of 2023(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66952 of 2023. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.07.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances and similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.15 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Naugachhia.
