2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 31.08.2022 at about 04 . 00 PM, when the wife of the informant went to fetch water from his Hand pump , in the meantime , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these petitioners came there and abused and assaulted the wife of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is mother of the informant and petitioner No. 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79621 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 is the sister-in - law of the informant and due to family dispute a simple quarrel took place between them. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injury allegedly caused by these petitioner is simple in nature . 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 287 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
