Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S.Case No.192 of 2014 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioners and other accused persons assaulted the informant and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73264 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and earlier charge-sheet had been submitted under the bailable Sections but later on cognizance has been taken under Section 307 of the IPC also.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the occurrence is of the year, 2014.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Jokihar (Mahalgaon) P.S.Case no.192 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
