Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Obra P.S.Case No.121 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assault to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure -3 and there is case and counter case between the parties.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daud Nagar District Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.Case No.121 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
