The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 144/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the exchange of money of rupees nine lakhs fifty thousand for purchase of tube-well was made to one Gupta Traders and the allegation at best can be made against Kamal Kumar and not the present petitioner.
Taking into consideration, the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16289 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 144/2017subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
