This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 17.01.2020, passed by learned Additional District and Session Judge, 1st -Cum-Special-Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua Mahila P.S. Case No. 35/2018/POCSO Case No. 35/2018 / CBI Case No. RC0922019 S0010, by which, learned Judge has taken cognizance under Sections 120B, 323, 354, 420, 468, 471, 477A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10, 12 and 17 of the POCSO Act. As per the prosecution case, the informant stated that one NGO namely Gram Swaraj Sewa Sansthan, Lalapur, Pudra conducting the care-hood in which many minor and adult ladies were residing and they complained against the guard for using abusive language.

The trial has already commenced.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
