2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 725 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 A of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79693 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, both have solemnized the marriage and the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not supported the prosecution case.
