The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2529(C)/2016 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioner happens to be the relation of the complainant and he took Rs.22 lakhs from the complainant to sell the lands but the petitioner did not return the money.
The learned counsel for the complainant submits that the learned Sessions Judge also recorded in his order that the petitioner took money from the complainant but it appears that

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.2529(C)/2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
