2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., the informant suspects that these two petitioners along with co-accused Bharat Singh, who had illicit relationship with the deceased, committed the murder of the wife of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that informant is not eye witness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against all the accused persons including these petitioners because father of the petitioner, co-accused Bharat Singh is

Coaccused, Bharat Singh has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34227 of 2023. Petitioners are sons of co-accused Bharat Singh and are in custody since 11.08.2025, having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
