The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 256 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 333, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that no one has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
