The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents State Authority to take action against Alchemist Aviation Private Limited (Respondent no. 6) for recovery of all the balance Scholarship amount of

Patna High Court CWJC No.189 of 2023(2) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 Rs. 11,71,366/- out of Rs. 26,15,000/- given to the said Company for training of the petitioner's Commercial Pilot License Training and the said Company only provide the training of Single Engine only and not a Multi Engine Training for one reason and the other and the entire carrier of the petitioner is spoil and also the criminal action against the said Company for committing criminal mischief as well as cheating."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
