The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 dated 28.03.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 153(A), 295(A), 505/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 67 and 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

It has been alleged by the informant that the petitioner had sent messages to him on his mobile telephone which had the potency of disturbing the communal peace. It has also been admitted by the informant in the FIR that, in return, he had also sent some messages to the petitioner. At the time of lodging of the FIR, none of those clips were available in the mobile phone

Considering the nature of accusation levelled against the petitioner and taking into account the attending circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) KKSINHA/- U T
