The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In the nature of allegations as alleged in the FIR and the fact that the girl is missing, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
