In the first paragraph of the order dated 02.02.2018 it has been stated that the case pertains to Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 707 of 2017 dated 10.10.2017 in place of Hajipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 707 of 2017 dated 10.10.2017. Similar defect has crept in the last part of the order.
