2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 162/2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 323,341,354B,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

3. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, who has supported the prosecution case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
