The petitioner (proposed appellant) seeks grant of leave to prefer an appeal against the order of acquittal dated 12.09.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, F.T.C., 1st, Jamui in Sessions Trial No. 362 of 2011, whereby learned Magistrate has acquitted the accused persons (respondents) of the charges punishable under Sections 307/34 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court SLA No.32 of 2018(4) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Good ground has been made out for grant of leave in preferring the appeal.
