JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of C.A. Case No. 2209 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A)/420/379/323/448/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and allegation against him is of demand of Rs. Twenty Lakh as dowry and for non fulfilment of the said demand, subjecting the complainant to torture and cruelty.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that entire allegation is false and concocted and he is still ready to keep her with full honour and dignity and he has made such submission before the court below also but it is the complainant,

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Katihar, in connection with C.A. Case No. 2209 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
