2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 831 of 2016, wherein, the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, Ara was directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. Opposite party no. 2 - the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, Ara, has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph no. 14, it has been stated as under: "14. That it is respectfully

831/2016 and in compliance of the same, the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Banka-2 has been requested to furnish the details of the action taken in compliance of the order of this Hon'ble High Court and in response, he has communicated a letter no. 396, Anu./Banka, dated 21.01.2020 that Group Insurance of amount of Rs.

1,32,645/- Provident Fund amount of Rs. 5,93,155/-, Leave encashment of Rs. 5,94,900/- 90% pension amount of Rs. 13,52,360/- for the period February' 2016 to August' 2019, Arrears of salary for the period 01.07.2011 to 31.01.2016 amounting Rs. 26,82,082/- (in actual, Rs.

9,09,438/- has been paid after adjusting unadjusted advance taken by the husband of the petitioner amounting Rs. 17,49,947/0), Arrears of salary as per the implementation of Sixth Pay Revision i.e., Rs. 19,852/- have been paid to the petitioner. For rest amount of arrears of death cum retiral dues, petitioner has been requested to submit her signature and photographs etc. vide a letter No.

2853, dated 29.11.2019."

4. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 831 of 2016 has been
