The petitioner seeks bail in Naugachhia Rail P.S. Case No.44 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The informant disclosed that two persons snatched her purse containing mobiles and other articles and got down from the train. During the course of investigation, one stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that another mobile was recovered from the possession of Vinod Rajak and he has already been granted bail vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69934 of 2019(4) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 17.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64752 of 2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2019.

Considering the facts that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for about 4 1⁄2 months for recovery of one stolen mobile, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Naugachhia Rail P.S. Case No.44 of 2018, G.R.(R) No.245/2018.
