The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, an occurrence took place with regard to disputed piece of land. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there was general Marpit between the parties in which the petitioner has also sustained injuries as is evident from Annexure-2, which is the injury report from the Sadar Hospital, Nawada which is dated 14.10.2017. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail as the petitioner has also sustained injuries. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16421 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Vth, Nawadah in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
