This application for regular bail arises out of Rajaoun P.S. Case No. 496 of 2018, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act, which was disposed of on 04.06.2020.

Order of this Court dated 04.06.2020, however, requires modification, inasmuch as the said order refers to grant of provisional bail by this Court by an order dated 13.12.2019 to the petitioners, which has been mentioned as having been confirmed by the said order dated 04.06.2020. As a matter of fact, only petitioner no. 1 was allowed provisional bail by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75416 of 2019(5) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 said order dated 13.12.2019.

Accordingly, said order dated 04.06.2020, is clarified and modified to the extent that the provisional bail granted to the petitioner no. 1 only stands confirmed.

Considering the circumstance, that the petitioner no. 2 was also intended to be granted regular bail by order of this Court dated 04.06.2020, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Rajaoun P.S. Case No. 496 of 2018.
