Petitioner apprehends his arrest in G.O Case No. 875 of 2019 arising out of Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a), 41(1) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 36 litres of illicit liquor from his house.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72762 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Since, there is allegation of recovery of illicit liquor from the house of petitioner, anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
